My intention in publishing the books as free e-books on the internet is to spread the awareness of vaastu through out the world so that every one can benefit by it.

My first book ‘AMAZING SCIENCE OF VAASTU’ was published in 1995 in India. It was the first book, which presented Vaastu as a science of energy fields and proposed a hypothesis as to the methodology involved. The book became immensely popular and was reprinted fifteen times in the last six years.

The book was based on actual studies I had undertaken over a period of five years, covering thousands of buildings, mainly in India.

Since publication of this book in 1995, I had an opportunity to check my hypothesis in hundreds of buildings all over India. As a Vaastu consultant, I have been associated with the planning of residential houses, apartments, industries, farm houses and business complexes for over a decade now.

The last ten years have only established that the philosophy of energy fields as envisaged by me in the first book is correct. However, constant brooding, investigations and research has helped me to understand Vaastu in a better manner. I would therefore like to place before the readers my present thinking on the subject.

The book had received unprecedented encouragement from readers all over the country. I can only hope for continuation of the same.

I am convinced that Vaastu is basically an engineering subject and one has to understand the subject in the same way one studies any engineering subjects. I have therefore presented the book with a new title ‘Vaastu Theory and Practice’. My hearty thanks to all my readers and wellwishers.
